EmbroTech grew from a maker collective into a service studio that maps artisan stitch patterns onto digital workflows. We document thread chemistry, stitch density and substrate fit so every sample behaves predictably in production. Our team pairs hand-sample expertise with CNC-driven setup to reduce waste and improve repeatability.

Problem → why common → solution

Many brands seek embroidery that reads premium but fail when design, density and substrate aren't aligned. The result: puckering, thread breakage, color drift.

The problem

Designs often scale poorly: a motif that looks crisp at 60mm can vanish at 20mm. Unvalidated thread choices and stitch counts create inconsistent results across fabric types.

Why this is common

Traditional sampling relies on intuition. Many studios lack documentation for density, underlay and stabilizer pairing. Without data, teams repeat costly mistakes.

Our solution

We combine measured stitch tables, material science notes and parametric nesting to produce reproducible embroidery packages. Each delivery includes a sample, a digital spec and a consultation tier recommendation.

1

Discovery

We audit your design intent, substrate and usage to set success metrics.

2

Pilot & Sampling

Thread trials, density maps and hand-sampled proofs are delivered for sign-off.

3

Production Setup

Parametric setups and QC templates are created to ensure run-to-run consistency.

4

Delivery & Support

Finished items undergo final inspection and we provide handling notes for retail partners.

FAQ

Quick answers to common production and sampling questions.

What file format do you need?

We accept vector SVG or high-resolution PNG with a clear color separation for thread mapping.

How long does sampling take?

Sampling typically takes 7–12 business days depending on complexity and thread sourcing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer and major cards. For larger production, we provide net invoices after agreement.

Can you match a Pantone or thread color?

We can match within the limits of thread dye lots and substrate reflectance; swatch approval is recommended.
